PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. There are associated costs with returns.

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the return must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must include all necessary parts, components, and packaging exactly as the product was received.
  • Damage due to careless handling is excluded; the product must be in its original condition.
  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  • We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.

A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our control.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Please do not send the return to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address. You, as the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.

Cancellation

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if: The consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to his commercial or independent professional activity:

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The cancellation of an order is absolutely possible, as long as it is reported to the customer service team within 1 hour. After 1 hour, this is no longer possible, as the order will already be in processing.

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, receives the goods or has taken possession of them.

Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so refunds are not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Harris Boutique) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is complete when we receive the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

Please note that there may be longer transit times for shipments en route from Asia.

If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your cancellation.

To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Size Selection and Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size at the time of purchase based on the detailed size guide provided on each product page.

We strongly recommend that all customers carefully review and verify all measurements, including bust, waist, hip, and length specifications, before completing their purchase.

Harris Boutique provides comprehensive size charts and measurement guidelines to assist customers in making informed decisions regarding proper fit.

If a customer selects an incorrect size, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item and receiving a replacement in a different size.

The company does not cover, reimburse, or subsidize any shipping fees, customs duties, or additional costs arising from sizing errors made by the customer.

Exchanges for a different size will only be processed after the returned item has been received at our international warehouse and inspected to confirm it remains in its original, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

Customers acknowledging that they have reviewed the size guide and measurements prior to purchase waive any claims that the product does not fit as expected if the item matches the published specifications.

Returns or exchanges based solely on customer preference or incorrect size selection do not qualify for free return shipping or expedited processing.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have consulted the size guide and accept full responsibility for the accuracy of their size selection.

Harris Boutique reserves the right to deny exchanges or refunds if the returned item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage, or if original tags have been removed, regardless of the reason for return.

Damaged/Faulty Item(s) Received

If you have received damaged or faulty item(s), please contact our customer service team. Kindly include photos as proof and clearly describe the issue. If we determine that the fault lies on our end, we will send replacement items to you free of charge.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, with the exception of the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract and about your receipt of the goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
